Relocation
A place to live from the first night
Moving to London usually means a hotel for six weeks while you learn which neighbourhood you want to live in, or a year-long lease signed before you know. A serviced apartment is the third option: furnished, serviced, billed as one figure, and taken by the month rather than the year.
What is included
One figure, everything working
Furnished, and actually finished
Beds made, kitchen equipped, wi-fi working, towels and linen changed. Nothing to buy, nothing to have delivered, nothing sitting in a van while you wait in for it.
One monthly figure
The rate covers the apartment, its bills, wi-fi and regular housekeeping. No deposit chain of agency fees, inventory clerks and utility accounts opened in your name in a country you have just arrived in.
A concierge from the first day
Our AI concierge answers at any hour and a member of the team is behind it from 09:00 to 22:00, London time. Schools, a doctor, a car, a table on your first Friday: ask, and it gets sorted.
Room to change your mind
Plans move. Extensions are usually possible, an apartment can often be changed for a larger one as a family follows, and we tell you what a change costs before you commit to it.
How it works
Three steps, no viewings in the rain
01
Tell us the shape of the move
When you arrive, roughly how long, how many of you, where you need to be each morning, and whether a dog or a school run is part of it.
02
We put two or three forward
With the monthly figure, what is included, the minimum stay and who operates each apartment. Some of our own, others from operators we work with: we always say which before you commit.
03
Terms in writing, then the keys
The agreement, the payment schedule and the notice terms are confirmed in writing before anything is booked. For a company move we invoice the company rather than the person staying.
Where you would stay
Our own apartments, and our curated list
Ours are in Canary Wharf. Elsewhere in London we arrange one from our curated list, where minimum stays are often longer and suited to a move. We always say whose apartment it is before you book.
For employers and mobility teams
Moving someone to London
One point of contact for every apartment your people are in, rather than a different agent per booking.
Invoicing to the company, with a single monthly statement and VAT handled properly.
Apartments near the offices your people actually work in, including Canary Wharf, where our own are.
Somewhere to put a candidate or a consultant for six weeks without signing a year-long lease.
Tell us about the move
Arriving in London, and staying a while
Tell us when you arrive, roughly how long and how many of you there are, and we will come back with two or three apartments, the monthly figure and what is included.
