Luxury Experience AI brings together high-end apartments and luxury experiences in London under one concierge. We own and operate three residences in Canary Wharf ourselves and we curate a wider network of partner apartments and services around them.
What holds it together is the concierge. Not a contact form with a chat bubble on it, but an AI that knows our live availability, works at any hour, and hands over to people when a request needs judgement.

Most requests arrive outside office hours, and most are straightforward: what time is check-in, can we get a table on Thursday, how do we reach the stadium for an evening kick-off. Our concierge answers those immediately, at three in the morning, in the guest’s own language, without anyone waiting until Monday.
It is not a demo. It reads our live availability and real rates, it can quote a stay and take a booking through to payment, and it will tell you plainly when it does not know something rather than inventing an answer. When a request needs a person, it hands over to our desk, open 09:00 to 22:00 daily.

How we work
Four things we hold to
Short-let accommodation is an industry with a great deal of vagueness in it. These are the commitments we would want made to us.
We always tell you whose apartment it is
Some residences we own and operate outright. Others come from partners we have selected. You will always be told which is which before you book, because "curated" should never be a way of blurring who is actually responsible for the property.
Curated means we said no to things
A collection is only worth the word "curated" if something was turned away. We take partners on the standard of the apartment and the operator behind it, not on inventory volume, and we would rather show a short list we can stand behind.
You book directly, at a published rate
Where a property is bookable online, rates are published and availability is live, with secure card payment and instant confirmation. Where a stay has to be arranged by enquiry, we say so rather than putting a price on it we have not confirmed.
We say what we do not know
We do not quote a price we have not checked, describe a booking as held when it is not, or call ourselves official where we are not. Where something is arranged through a partner or a third party, we say so plainly.

Beyond these, we source partner apartments across London by enquiry, for the areas and sizes we do not hold ourselves. South Kensington is the most frequent request, and worth stating precisely: a residence of our own there is planned but not yet open, while a partner-sourced apartment in the area is available now by enquiry. A partner apartment is not ours, and we will not present it as though it were.

People come to us about London apartments for two quite different reasons, and we keep them separate so nobody is sold the wrong thing.

You need an apartment for a trip, a relocation, a production, a season of work. We start with our own residences, and where the brief calls for an area, a size or a length of stay we do not hold, we go to our partner network and come back with options rather than a shrug.

We take partners on the standard of what they run and the way they look after guests, and we are more interested in a small number of properties we would happily stay in ourselves than in volume.
