Your London Residence
Your London experience begins with the right place to stay. A serviced apartment gives you a separate living room, a kitchen and a front door of your own, which matters more than it sounds when you are travelling as a family, or returning at midnight from a stadium with children in tow.
We own and operate every residence ourselves, in Canary Wharf. From your apartment we coordinate the rest: airport arrival, private transport, dining, sporting hospitality and whatever else the visit calls for.
Availability, minimum stay and pricing are confirmed individually for your dates.
How it comes together
An illustrative journey. The exact arrangements depend on availability and the services you choose.
01
A private airport transfer and a considered welcome to London, where requested.
02
Check into a serviced apartment chosen for your group, your dates and where you want to be.
03
Dining, culture, shopping or quiet time, arranged around your interests rather than a fixed programme.
04
Travel to the stadium with seating or hospitality sourced and confirmed in writing beforehand.
05
Back to the space and privacy of your own apartment, not a hotel lobby at midnight.
More than a ticket
Anyone can sell you a seat. The difficult part of an international sporting trip is everything around it: getting from Heathrow to an apartment that suits your party, eating well before a 20:00 kick-off, and getting home afterwards without standing in a queue with sixty thousand other people.
That coordination is the service. Your itinerary may bring together the apartment, seating or hospitality, transfers, dining and a London programme, and all of it is designed around you and confirmed before booking.

All three 2026 fixtures are confirmed. Kick-off 14:30 BST.

Straight answers
Sporting hospitality is an area where guests are routinely misled, so it is worth being plain about how this works.
We are a serviced-apartment company.
Accommodation and guest services are what we own and operate. The sporting arrangements are coordinated around your stay.
We are not an official hospitality provider.
We do not hold official or authorised status with any club, league or competition, and we will never suggest otherwise.
Seating is sourced per enquiry.
We approach established providers for your specific event and category. You will be told who is supplying it and on what terms before you book.
Nothing is held until it is confirmed.
An enquiry, whether through the concierge or the form, is a request. It does not secure an apartment, a seat or a price.
Fixtures move.
Football dates and kick-off times change for broadcast. We plan around it and tell you as soon as we know.
Take travel insurance.
For any trip built around a fixed date, and especially a sporting one, we recommend it without reservation.
Who we look after
Questions
No. We are a London serviced-apartment and guest-services company. Where you would like to attend an event, we source seating or hospitality through established providers on your behalf, and confirm exactly what is offered, by whom, and at what price before you commit to anything.
We do not describe ourselves as an official or authorised hospitality provider, because we are not one. Each enquiry is sourced individually, and we will tell you which provider is supplying the seating or hospitality and on what terms before any booking is made.
No. Serviced apartments are our core business and most guests stay with us, but if you already have accommodation in London we are happy to help with the sporting and concierge arrangements alone.
Our own residences are serviced apartments rather than hotel rooms, which is usually the point: more space, separate living areas, a kitchen, and far better value across several nights. If a hotel genuinely suits you better, say so and we will be honest about it.
We do not book scheduled flights. We do arrange private aviation through our charter desk, and airport transfers for guests arriving on their own arrangements.
Yes. Our two-bedroom residence sleeps up to seven, and we can arrange cots, early check-in where the calendar allows, and plans that account for children and grandparents in the same party.
Tell us early and we will build them into the arrangements rather than working around them afterwards. Step-free routes, accessible seating and dietary needs all take lead time to do properly.
For NFL London and opening-weekend football, as early as you can: London accommodation tightens months ahead for those dates. For most other fixtures, six to eight weeks is comfortable.
Yes, and they frequently do. Football fixtures move for broadcast, sometimes at a few weeks’ notice. We plan for it, and we will tell you as soon as we know.
The terms depend on the provider supplying the seating or hospitality, and we will set those out in writing before you book rather than after. Your accommodation booking is governed separately by our own cancellation terms.
Yes. We recommend it for any international trip built around a fixed date, and particularly for one built around a sporting fixture that can move.
Certainly. We work with advisers, family offices and hotel concierge teams, and are happy to deal with you directly on your client’s behalf.
